Albanian Parliamentary Delegation Visits Holyrood

On Tuesday I met with Albanian MPs who were keen to discuss parliamentary scrutiny, good governance, finance, security and stability. They were delighted with their welcome and impressed by how well the Scottish Parliament and Government functions.
