Last night we welcomed professional cookery and hospitality students from Ayrshire College, for the first time since 2019, pre-pandemic.
The students are based at the Kilmarnock Campus and were involved all aspects of the evening in collaboration with our in house team, working both in the kitchen and providing the front of house service.
It was an excellent evening and we enjoyed a lovely three course meal for only £18.95 while enjoying a showcase of Ayrshire’s up and coming culinary talent.
