The National Care Service Bill is keenly anticipated by many service users and staff.
The role of the Finance and Public Administration Committee is to scrutinise the costings underlying the Bill in the Financial Memorandum (FM) accompanying it.
The FM in its present form does not provide an overall estimate of the cost of creating a National Care Service.
