On Wednesday a Tory MSP made extensive budgetary demands in the Chamber without even costing them.
Kenneth therefore asked Finance Secretary Kate Forbes MSP whether the MSP in question had even contacted her to suggest how much more in resources the Scottish Government should provide for the additional expenditure that she seeks, and how those resources should be paid for.
They would after all need to be paid for either by transfers from other budget lines or by increased taxation.
Unsurprisingly, the Cabinet Secretary had not been contacted by the Tory MSP for any constructive dialogue - it's all about grandstanding.
