I was delighted to speak to Inspector Alasdair McWhirter of British Transport Police (BTP) who was showcasing their role as guardians of Scotland’s railways at Holyrood.
Constituents have recently raised issues of disorder on our trains and BTP encourage constituents across Cunninghame North to report to them if they are a victim of, or are witness to, an incident.
This can be done by texting 61016 or by using the reporting function on BTP’s Railway Guardian app. In an emergency, always dial 999.
