Following hugely successful events in Ardrossan, Beith and Largs in 2013, 2014 and 2015, Kenneth Gibson will again bring together businesses, educational institutions and advice providers to Ardrossan, who can offer employment, training, learning and volunteering opportunities.
National, Ayrshire and local organisations have already confirmed their participation, with staff, exhibition stands and information.
Commenting, Mr Gibson said:
“The employment fayre is for people of all ages and will provide an excellent opportunity to meet employers and organisations which help people into work.
“Last year’s event was a huge success with over 70 organisations and businesses taking part and hundreds of attendees – with many finding a job or a route into employment through education and training. “This year, I believe we can again make a difference to the employment prospects of people in North Ayrshire and would encourage anyone looking for employment or a new start to head along.” The Employment Fayre will take place on Friday 26 February in Ardrossan Civic Centre, 150 Glasgow Street, Ardrossan from 9am – 12.30pm
