Yesterday I asked an urgent question of the Business Minister, Ivan McKee MSP, regarding Amazon's announcement that it plans to close its distribution centre in Gourock, putting 300 jobs at risk.
Stuart McMillan MSP and Ronnie Cowan MP met with Amazon senior management yesterday and the Minister has meeting with them later today - to make sure every effort is made to prevent this closure and protect jobs in our communities.
