I was pleased to meet with the Scottish Beer & Pub Association (SBPA) to discuss a number of issues such as the Deposit Return Scheme, rising costs in hospitality, the alcohol advertising consultation and the impact these could have on pubs and brewers.
Understandably, several small alcohol producers across Scotland have concerns about the Deposit Return Scheme.
Constructive discussions with SBPA help to ensure the Scottish Government can continue to support these businesses and address their concerns.
