Yesterday I asked a supplementary question to Tory MSP Stephen Kerr, who ludicrously accused the SNP Government of reducing expenditure on the roads by 4,000%.
I pointed out the reality - there will be a 41% INCREASE in Trunk Road Critical Safety, Maintenance and Infrastructure in the next financial year - and how it’s impossible for any figure to be cut by more than 100%!
