Yesterday, Patricia Gibson MP and I met with Gregor Scotland, Persimmon Homes, Head of External Affairs at their Arran View site in Saltcoats.
We discussed Persimmon’s ongoing local development plans and the challenges currently facing the industry, from labour shortages to rising costs, mortgage rate rises, economic uncertainty and forward planning of new sites in North Ayrshire.
