Brooksby Medical Practice Largs

I had an informative visit to Brooksby Medical Practice on Friday to hear some of the challenges facing primary care in the area.

The hard work of staff at the practice and investment in measures to improve efficiency has led to a reduction in complaints appointment complaints by over 95% in the last two years.
