Cumbrae Ferry Services

I raised concerns with Transport Secretary Fiona Hyslop MSP about the proposed reduction in ferry services to Cumbrae to accommodate “maintenance windows,” stressing that the service has been excellent for many years and should remain so.

I welcomed the £13.5 million investment for a new slipway and associated works on the island while  also asking for an update on phase one of the small vessel ferry replacement programme and how Cumbrae will benefit.
