Cumbrae Oysters
It was a pleasure to visit Cumbrae Oysters’ dispatch centre in West Kilbride to discuss their operation and future plans.
The business has been running since 1995, producing high quality West Coast oysters and razor clams through their own farm, fishing vessel and purification and dispatch facility.
Their rigorous testing and year round supply ensures customers consistently receive safe and fresh shellfish across the UK and to Hong Kong.
