Viking Cafe Saltcoats Highly Commended at Sustainable Curry Awards
I was delighted that Viking Cafe Saltcoats was highly commended in two categories at the inaugural Scottish Sustainable Curry Awards 2025 last week.
And I was honoured to present them with a commendation for their Wonder Vegan Curry.
The Countess Street café also received a commendation for Restaurant of the Year.
The awards were hosted by Planet Inc at Trades Hall in Glasgow on 09 June 2025 which celebrate culinary businesses across Scotland that champion sustainability without compromising on taste or service
