Working-Age Economic Inactivity

I recently raised working-age economic inactivity in the Scottish Parliament.

I asked the Minister for Public Finance about its impact on public finances and which employability initiatives have proven most effective in helping people re-enter the workforce.

With £90 million committed to devolved services this year and new pilot programmes underway, it’s vital we continue supporting more Scots into sustainable employment.
