World Aids Day

World AIDS Day is held annually on 01 December.

It’s a time to remember those lost to HIV and reflect on the progress made in our fight to end the HIV epidemic.

As work is undertaken to tackle HIV stigma and end new cases of HIV in Scotland by 2030, support has never been more crucial.

I was therefore delighted to join colleagues of all parties in the Scottish Parliament to show that support.

The Terrence Higgins Trust Scotland provides services, including free HIV self-tests, community based HIV and STI testing, counselling and country-wide services for people living with HIV and blood-borne viruses.
