Yesterday, I asked Patrick Harvie MSP, Minister for Zero Carbon Buildings, after his statement on the above, what people whose homes could not be retrofitted should do?

And why loans have been withdrawn from those seeking to install solar panels, unless accompanied by a renewable heat source?
