On Thursday I met Ross Barrow, Head of External Relations at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and Ellie Wagstaff, Senior Policy Manager at Marie Curie at Holyrood.
We discussed RPS and Marie Curie’s new quality standards of palliative care - the Daffodil Standards - a free framework for continuous learning & quality improvement for community pharmacies supporting people affected by terminal illness.
Pharmacies are now being encouraged to find out more and commit to the new standards.
