On Wednesday 08 December, Kenneth Gibson MSP was delighted to present the Commercial Partnerships Award at the Scottish Public Service Awards, held in the Scottish Parliament.
Kenneth said:
“These awards recognise the excellence amongst the often unsung work of our public servants who work day in and day to deliver myriad services to countless people across Scotland.
“The Commercial Partnerships Award acknowledges a team or individual demonstrating exemplary commercial practice, achieving better outcomes for public bodies through contract negotiations and management, commercial policy development, smart procurement, best practice supplier management, or new models of delivery. All of these ensure better value for taxpayers.
“This year’s Commercial Partnerships award was deservedly won by Food Standards Scotland.”
